Hi, I’m Brooke

I am a girl with some serious heartstrings. I love to laugh - loudly. And I have a knack for crying at anything remotely sentimental or touching. These are the things that make me laugh the loudest and tear up the quickest. These are my joy:

~ I love Jesus. I love His grace. I love His love. I love that I am His. Forever.

~ I love my family of boys. My hub and three little guys are my biggest supporters and fill my heart e.v.e.r.y day. They opened my eyes to an entire world of legos, super heros and star wars (as well as occasional gross sounds and smells). I love it all.

~ I love my sisters (and bonus sister) like no other. And my parents, mother-in-law, two brother-in-laws, three nieces and a nephew. I am insanely blessed in the family department.

~ I love my girlfriends (to laugh and be silly with, to cry with, really just to spend time with). I've heard some say they've made enough best girlfriends for their lifetime and don't need to meet anymore. I see it another way. My girlfriends truly add such a richness, joy, and hilarious funny-factor to my life, that I LOVE meeting and getting to know new amazing women.

~ I love McDonalds coffee. Power hour/boot camp. Live music. And salted margaritas.

~ I love my equipment: Nikon D4, 50mm 1.4, 85mm 1.4, 35 1.4, 24-70 2.8, & 70-200 2.8. Many days, I love my trusty iphone camera just as much as all my fancy equipment. Afterall, the very best camera is the one you have with you.

~ And pictures. I love taking pictures of people. Especially those in-between, unposed moments of life. I love the laughter, the joy, the silliness, even the grumpiness. I love it all when its spontaneous, authentic and true. I love photos that are emotionally perfect. And I would love to take some of you.
